& Process

It's a 3 stage interview process. First stage is a phone interview with a recruiter. Second stage is you recording yourself on video. Last stage is a mock role play scenario. The whole thing takes a little over a month or less.

It was a three-round interview process, super long and detailed. Started with a recruiter call. Then, I had to watch a one-hour video about EIMS and the job. Next, I had to record myself answering 5 questions in a 'Motivation video'. After that, there was an assessment with a manager, which involved emails and a role-play, and it lasted about an hour and a half. The final step was a chat with the head manager, and two other people were present but silent with cameras off, which was weird. I passed the first three steps, but the last interview didn't go great because I didn't connect with the manager.

I was contacted by 3 recruiters. The first recruiter scheduled a call, but never called. They rescheduled, and again, no-show, then ghosted. The second recruiter called and the interview went okay, though it felt very scripted and impersonal. She wanted to move me to the next step and sent an email with an assessment. Before I could respond, she wanted to move me to an interview for a Team Assistant Manager role instead and blocked the SDR process. She said another recruiter would contact me, but after 2 days, no one did. I contacted her again, and she told me to email her coworker. I emailed the coworker, but got no response. After a week, she finally responded to my third email. The third recruiter was enthusiastic and wanted to schedule a call. I gave her my availability, but she never responded.
