The interview process was really long, like 5 steps which felt pointless for the role. The first interview was two hours long, which is already a lot. During that interview, the interviewer who was Spanish asked some really weird and personal questions, saying it was 'to understand me.' It felt like it went on forever with questions totally unrelated to the job, I was so uncomfortable I almost left. It was the worst interview ever, but I still got the job offer.

started with a recruitment agency, then did a presentation and a role play, and finally an interview. The role play was pre-prepared. The presentation wasn't like actually working there. It began with a phone interview where they asked general questions. Then, I was invited to a company briefing. After the briefing, I had to write a letter explaining my interest in joining the company. Next, there was a phone test to assess my learning ability and how I apply what I learn. If I passed the phone test, I was invited for an interview, which could be one-on-one or a group panel, where they asked random questions about my background, family, and personal goals.
