After my resume was reviewed, I had a phone interview. It was pretty easy and they just asked basic questions to confirm what was on my resume. It went really fast and the interviewer didn't seem very interested, like they just wanted to get it over with.

They mainly reached out via email, which was convenient. I was initially in a conference room with two senior folks. Then, I interviewed with two managers. The final step was an interview with their supervisor. Everyone was really friendly. The interviews focused on getting to know me, my academic background, and my future aspirations.

I applied for this internship opportunity through my campus career fair. Before the interview, some Eide Bailly employees were available to answer any initial questions. During the interview itself, I wasn't asked many situational questions. Instead, the focus was more on personal interests. The interviewer was friendly and direct. I answered his questions, shared my background, asked a few questions of my own, and then the interview concluded. It lasted about 20-25 minutes. I've been invited for a second interview and I'm looking forward to it. I don't know if I'll get an offer yet, but I wanted to share my positive experience.
