Customer Service Representative
So the process was pretty simple. I went to a hiring event and applied there. After that, I took two standard tests. Then I had an in-person interview with someone from HR, and it seemed to go well because I came back the next day for another interview with a team lead. They had me listen to some calls and asked how I would handle them. After that, I was back in the lobby and got the job offer.

The first step was a callback from the company, which also included an invitation for a second interview. The second interview was in the office and I was with 2 other people. The interviewer started by giving us some information about the job and the company. They then asked everyone different easy questions. It lasted about 30 minutes.
