The interview was conducted over Teams, and it wasn't super technical. They kept things calm and made the whole process feel relaxed and enjoyable. I got an offer pretty quickly after it was all done. The interview seemed more focused on why I was interested in the job.

I had a phone interview first, then an in-person interview. If selected, there were final group discussions. The group discussion focused more on teamwork and collaboration skills. It was really helpful to research the company online beforehand, understanding their work, clients, etc. This helped a lot at each stage. The company didn't offer much in terms of bonuses, even though they expected long working hours.

The first step was a callback from the company, which also included an invitation for a second interview. The second interview was in the office and I was with 2 other people. The interviewer started by giving us some information about the job and the company. They then asked everyone different easy questions. It lasted about 30 minutes.

Technical Behavioral Presentation

I did about 100 computer questions then I spoke with HR after submitting my online form which took about an hour. Then we did the regular interview questions. After that, a team leader came in to finish the interview. Before the team leader came, they gave me 15-20 minutes to think of something to sell to them, which I presented at the end. It was easy, straightforward, and casual.
