I applied on LinkedIn and got a call back two days later to set up a phone interview for that same week. We had the phone interview two days after that. The interviewer mentioned they were in the middle of phone interviews and would email me in 2-3 weeks. Since I didn't hear back, I emailed them three weeks later, but they never replied.
