Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Egis Group.
Engineer
They seem to be very disorganised. After one interview they would call me to tell me that I had to speak to someone else. It felt like I had to speak to the whole company because they couldn't decide. Then they ghosted me and the recruiter after three interviews. Extremely unprofessional. If they treat their candidates like this I can imagine how they treat the people that already work there.
- Nothing out of the ordinary.
- The usual stuff you get asked at interviews
Engineer
Questions, réponses, et aussi des questions puis des réponses. On a aussi un petit peu parlé et écouté l'autre. L'écoute est la clé de toute rencontre, a priori nonobstant il faudrait inclure la théorie relative à la relativité non restreinte.
- Could you introduce yourself, your experiences, and your skills?
Design Engineer
The interview was a video conference on teams. It started with an introduction with HR, followed by a technical round with the Manager/HOD. At the end, the interviewer asked if I had any questions for them.
