Water Resources Engineer
I had a really good time interviewing with Egis. The process was set up well and clear, with about two or three initial and technical interviews. The recruiter was super helpful and professional the whole time. They kept me in the loop, let me know what was happening, and took the time to tell me about the job, the team vibe, and what they expected. This openness made me feel valued and helped me figure out if I was a good fit. The questions they asked were on point for the job and focused on the value I could bring, my tech skills, and how I handle things. The panel was nice and supportive, making it easy to talk. It really showed Egis cares about a good candidate experience. Happy to say I'm now part of Egis's water team!

Geotechnical Engineer
I had a great experience interviewing with Egis Group for a geotechnical position. The recruitment process was smooth and professional. The HR manager was clear, concise, and transparent about the job specifics, helping me understand the role's expectations and responsibilities. I appreciated the quality of the discussions and their willingness to answer my questions. The technical department's presentation was a highlight, allowing me to learn about the group's geotechnical activities, key projects, internal structure, and medium/long-term goals. This boosted my interest in the company and gave me a concrete view of career prospects. Overall, a well-structured, human, and informative recruitment process, reflecting a serious company committed to its areas of expertise.

Business Development Manager
I was contacted by an external HR who told me about a mission with 50% existing client management and 50% prospecting. I met with operations two months later. With a director, who hadn't been announced, and who focused the interview on my former employer and its strategy. The position I was looking for offered only prospecting. In conclusion, a disturbing, illogical process, and an interview experience that raised questions about the interest in my application. Was I brought in for me or for brainstorming on competitors? Coming from an unannounced director, it left a bitter taste and I left the interview feeling uncomfortable.
- How was your department organized and how were tasks divided?
Project Coordinator
So, I had this interview many months back. HR reached out recently to see if I was still interested and if my salary expectations changed. They said the process was on hold before because of a management call. Even though I knew they couldn't match my salary, HR set up an interview, saying the salary was approved. After the last interview, I found out the workload had gone up by 50%, which felt like a huge red flag. During the interview, the execs kept saying they have a great team, want someone stable, and that the tasks were easy. HR was totally quiet, which was odd. They ended up offering the same salary as before, ignoring my expectations. It felt like a complete waste of time, and frankly, their behavior was super disrespectful.
