The interview process went great - everyone was very professional and enthusiastic. The HR was one of the best I've worked with - always following up, very prompt and personable. The company itself has some great clients and a very informal work culture. Although I did not get an offer in the end, I thought Egg Strategy would have been a great company to work for.

Interview process started with 2 phone interviews, followed by an app interview. Had I gone further in the process, there would have been a 4th interview over the phone and THEN an in-person one. The process was very drawn out, even though I did very well in all 3 of my interviews. The aspect of the interview process which annoyed me is not hearing any sort of response from them after 3 interviews. At least some kind of rejection email would be professional

Behavioral Presentation

An internal recruiter reached out to schedule me for an interview. After that, I spoke with a Director about brands, their expression, and consumer desires. Then, I had another virtual meeting with two other Directors. I didn't get an offer, but the recruiter gave me a quick update a few days after the interview. I asked for feedback and received detailed notes explaining why I wasn't selected. She also mentioned they'd be in touch when things return to normal post-COVID, which I'm hopeful about.
