The first two rounds were focused on Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), covering questions from easy to medium difficulty, with the second round emphasizing code quality and optimization. The final round was a managerial interview where the main topics discussed were Spring Boot, particularly its REST client capabilities.

It was a tough interview process, but the interviewers were really nice and helpful. After an online assessment and resume screening, there was a 1-hour behavioral interview followed by a 1-hour live coding session. The coding part covered topics like dynamic programming, graph algorithms, and binary search.

This was one of the most disorganized interview processes I've been through. I applied to AmEx GBT and was contacted by an Egencia recruiter, but they didn't mention AmEx GBT until I asked. Scheduling and Zoom calls were confusing for every interview. The final round was a continuous panel interview with three sets of interviewers back-to-back. The hiring manager said I'd hear back soon, but then the recruiter ghosted me.
