It was a standard process for a service-based company. First, there was a written test where we received a Coderpad link with 3 questions. You'd get a base scenario and then had to implement a function on top of it, not like typical Leetcode style questions. Then, a technical round with normal interview questions focusing on Java + Spring, Spring boot. And finally, one more programming question, a general scenario-based one to demonstrate coding skills (again, not Leetcode style).

I had an initial screening call with HR. The HR rep was quite rude and spoke to me condescendingly, as if I wasn't qualified. They just read the job description and asked about each requirement, cutting me off when I tried to respond. I was told the next steps would be another screening call and then an online assessment, but I never got the second call even though we scheduled it. The interviewer also couldn't answer any questions I had about the job and just sent me the job description again.
