Data Steward
I applied online and went through a four-part process. First, there was a phone screen with HR. Then, I had a Skype interview with a VP of IT and a Manager. After that, I had an in-person interview in Bellevue with two VPs, an AVP, and a Manager. They offered to fly me out, but I chose to drive myself. Just FYI, they didn't cover hotel or rental car expenses. Finally, the offer was extended via email and phone within a week of the last interview. It was a good offer, but I had to decline because I took too long to decide if I wanted to move to Bellevue. I really liked the role, but I wasn't sure about living in Bellevue. Driving up there did let me experience the traffic, which can be pretty bad sometimes. Everyone involved was really professional throughout the whole thing.

Inside Sales Representative
Overall wonderful experience! I don’t think I’ve ever spoke to a recruiter who genuinely cares about the mission of the company as much as this lady did. You could tell she was incredibly passionate about her job and was just genuinely kind. Such a breath of fresh air during all of this COVID madness. Recruiter contacted me via phone roughly 4 days after submitting application through LinkedIn. 30 minute screening outlining job duties. Asked typical questions about job history, my day to day, etc. Once passing this, a second e-interview was set up with the site director of the location. 2nd interview via Teams was pretty standard in terms of questions. Tell me about a time you had a struggle on the job, tell me your successes, etc. What I found fascinating was how our conversation turned into one about overall workplace culture. I get the jist they are very selective in terms of a personality fit more so than anything. It was very nice just connecting more so than being drilled about my experience. The next day, I was offered the position and had a 30 minute offer call with the recruiter. One of the better overall interview experiences I have ever had! Good luck everyone. Just remember to be you!

Account Executive
Started with an email asking for my resume, then a callback for a phone interview. The phone interview was mostly about why I applied and why they should hire me. The interviewer then gave me a lot of info about the job like pay, benefits, and perks. After that, I was called in for an interview. It was a good experience overall. I wasn't offered the job immediately, but I got a second interview, and then an offer. The Director of Sales interviewed me last, and he was great, even walking me to my car.

Software Engineer
The interview had 2 parts. The first part was the main interview, about forty five minutes long. You were asked to create test cases for a software/hardware system. Then, you'd discuss your previous experience, your ability to think, and how trainable you are with the interviewers. The second part was a Q&A, also around 45 minutes, where you could ask your interviewers questions.
