The interview process was pretty straightforward and they moved through the rounds quickly. Started with an HR screen, then there was a Numerical Test, a Competency Interview, a Case Study Interview, and finally an Excel Test. The case study interview was tough, only giving 20 mins to prep, but the interviewers were nice. Overall, it was a good experience.

I passed the initial phone screen with HR. Then I had a competency interview with two managers, which I also passed. After that, I successfully completed a case study with two senior managers. In the final round, I interviewed with two principals but unfortunately did not get an offer. The recruiter who had been my point of contact throughout the process sent an automated rejection email without any specific feedback, and subsequent follow-up attempts have been ignored. Honestly, given their communication style, I feel like I might have dodged a bullet.

It was a 4 round process with an initial HR call, followed by a CV interview, then a case study, and a final in-person round with seniors to go over my CV/experience. There were also two online tests: one SHL maths test and an Excel case study. The whole process was quite efficient and pleasant until they just ghosted me after the last round, which was super disappointing and a pretty rude way to treat candidates after so much time invested. They were really fast setting up interviews up until that point, which made the ghosting even stranger and gave me a bad vibe about the company culture. One thing I noticed was the lack of diversity among the interviewers, all white, STEM-background folks. Then I saw their gender pay gap report, which showed some worrying pay differences. Also, be aware that the job ad wasn't quite what the role actually is, which only became clear in the final round – their 'management consultant' roles are more like data analyst positions. They also seemed keen to low-ball salary offers and didn't seem to value the transferable experience they asked for in the advert. The company is growing super fast, and they didn't give clear answers on how they're managing the culture with that rapid expansion.
