The interview had three stages: A screening phone call, An "experience day", A final in-person interview. The phone call was robotic and hard to find any humanity in. They demeaningly ask you multiple times if you need disability assistance if you mess up a question. The experience day was 2 hours of walking around their offices. They say it's not part of the interview process but it's very clear that it is. You will be required to make a short talk with a group about a product. The final interview is an hour of call listening, followed by a short presentation about anything that you must prepare for, then some STAR questions. Expect the interviewers to treat you like a child the entire time.

First off I had to give a presentation that I had prepared about something I liked, then they asked me some general questions. After that, I had to pretend to help a customer with a broken phone, like a roleplay.

Behavioral Presentation Other

Went through an online assessment with 5 questions via chat. Then had a telephone interview that was pretty straightforward, asking why I wanted to work for EE. After that was an experience day to learn more about the company and what it's like working there. The final interview day was in person, where I listened to an agent on a call, then had my face-to-face interview which included a 5-minute presentation and competency-based questions.
