Commercial Manager
It was a single interview process that lasted about 2 hours, including a 15-minute presentation that I had 30 minutes to prepare for, followed by 15 minutes of questions. After that, we went into general suitability questions like why I was interested in the role and what I could contribute, and some behavioural questions asking for examples of past experiences.
- Could you share an instance where you challenged standard business practices to boost commercial results?
- What drew you to apply for this position?
- What specific skills do you possess that would be valuable in this role?
Commercial Manager
Started with an initial, more informal chat that included competency-based questions. The second round involved a case study interview plus a few more competency questions. Finally, there was an informal meeting with the hiring manager.
- What are your strengths and weaknesses?
- Why do you want this role?
- Why do you want to work for this company?
Senior Manager
I had a screening call with the hiring manager, then I went in for a face-to-face interview with two people, and I also had to complete an online psychometric test.
- What would people say about you?
