First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at EE.
Graduate Scheme
First, I had to complete a verbal reasoning test, followed by a numerical reasoning test, and finally a scenario test. Then, there was a video interview. I'm still waiting for the third stage, as it takes them a very long time to review the interviews and respond. I've honestly given up hope on it.
- Can you explain why you are interested in EE?
Graduate Scheme
The interview process had four parts: first, an online application, then a verbal and numerical test. After that, there was a video interview. The final stage was an assessment centre, which included a group activity, a presentation, and a one-on-one interview. They kept me updated via emails and phone calls, and I could manage my application online. The deadlines for each step were reasonable. They replied within a week about my final application status.
