First, an application. Second, a sepia AI interview with 5 online chat questions that gives you feedback. Third, a telephone interview to introduce the job, hours, etc., and ask more questions about you. Fourth, an in-person interview where they show you around, let you listen to some calls, and then have a formal interview with 3 parts: answering questions about the calls you heard, a presentation about something you're passionate about or something they might not know, and scenario questions.
- What were your observations from the calls, and what alternative actions might you have taken?
- What did you hear on the calls and would you have done anything different?

It started with an online interview with 5 questions needing detailed answers. If they liked your answers, you'd get a telephone call interview. If that went well, you'd then have a face-to-face interview. For me, this involved going to the call centre, shadowing someone for an hour, and then giving a presentation. I had to prepare a presentation on one of two briefs: either teach them something new or create and discuss a new service or product EE could offer. After the presentation, there were basic situational interview questions.
- What steps would you take if you encountered an issue with your personal router?
- Reflecting on shadowing *name* in the call centre, what alternative approaches would you have taken to resolve the issue?
- Describe a time you handled a difficult customer and your strategy for resolution.

The interview process started with a 10-minute phone interview where I was asked basic questions about my interest in EE, my availability, and my commute. After that, I was invited for a second, face-to-face interview. They showed me around the building and then we had a one-on-one interview. They went over the questions they would be asking. Since I applied for a part-time position, I was asked why and why I wanted the specific hours. They also asked about my family situation and if I have children, which I found a bit irrelevant.
- What makes you want to work for EE?
- Can you share an instance of a stressful situation you encountered and how you managed it?
- Tell me about a time you had to adjust to a change.
