I went through 3 rounds of interviews. First, I met with HR, then the hiring manager. After that, there was a 4-hour onsite interview with various team members and management where they asked a lot of questions, ranging from general personality stuff to technical knowledge about validations.

It was a pretty standard interview process. I met with different people from various departments. Everyone was super nice, and the interview was tough, but in a good way. They seemed to like me, but they ended up hiring someone who was already working there. Edwards is a huge company, so I'm sure experiences vary, but it felt like I would have enjoyed working there. I probably would have taken the job if they'd offered it to me.

Behavioral Presentation

I had applied for another role that concluded with a phone screen from HR, but that position was filled internally. However, Edwards reached out and presented an upcoming opportunity. The initial phone chat was more of a detailed job overview for 30 minutes, covering responsibilities, rather than a typical interview. Subsequently, I was emailed and attended onsite interviews two weeks later, meeting individually with five different people. The questions were straightforward, focusing on standard hypothetical scenarios. Finally, two weeks after the interviews, I got a call informing me in a single sentence that I was no longer being considered, with thanks for attending. My advice is to follow up 48 hours after any interview to check your status, otherwise, you might just wait a long time to be told you should have been looking elsewhere.
