I had an initial phone screening with HR. After that, I had my first interview with some project managers, including the senior one. Then, I had three more interviews with various directors, one of whom was the hiring manager. It was a lot of interviews, but if you do your research, it's manageable.

Behavioral

After passing the phone interview, I met with about six interviewers from various departments due to their matrixed organizational structure. Each interview was set for 30 minutes, which felt too short to really explain my background. Looking back, I wish I'd had a shorter, more concise interview format ready. The people seemed nice, though some of the more senior managers appeared distracted or uninterested, possibly from interviewing too many candidates. The role I applied for was still open three months later, suggesting they were actively looking for candidates. The office space felt a bit dim, and only senior managers had offices with windows.

Behavioral Presentation

I went through three rounds of interviews, each lasting 30 minutes. The interviews were with the recruiter, a director, and a senior director. The interviews were generally easy and focused on behavioral questions. After the third interview, despite multiple follow-ups, I heard nothing back, which was quite frustrating. It felt like they already had someone in mind and were just going through the motions. I've since accepted a better position elsewhere, so I'd advise caution if considering this organization.
