It was a standard interview process and not too hard. There were 3 rounds total: first HR, then the Hiring Manager, and finally a panel of people who would be on my team. I thought it was a pretty good process, not too long and not too short, and it gave the team a chance to meet and see if we were a good fit for each other.

I applied online and the entire interview process spanned over two months, concluding with a second-round interview. It started with a phone interview, followed by four separate Zoom interviews spread across two days. The length of the process felt excessive, and rescheduling interviews from one day to the next caused significant inconvenience for those taking time off work. Despite the process, I didn't receive any feedback for two weeks, leading me to assume I wasn't selected.

The interview process was extensive. It began with an hour-long call from an Edwards recruiter. A week later, I interviewed with the hiring manager. Another week passed, and the Edwards recruiter then arranged a panel interview. Following the panel interview, my final interviews were with the Director and Vice President. It was a great experience and I learned a lot about the company.
