I was a previous intern and went through the interview process. I interviewed with 2 different people one-on-one. There was also a group interview with 3 other interns and 2 current employees. The job offer depends on job availability, manager input, and the results of the group and individual interviews.

Engineer
I got a call from a recruiter soon after submitting my resume. The next day, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. After that, I was interviewed by six different managers. The interviewers were respectful and professional. They let me know in a timely manner that another candidate was selected for the role.
