I first had a phone call with a sourcing specialist, followed by a call with the recruiter. The recruiter was pretty harsh and rejected me by the end of the conversation. I've heard mixed reviews about this company, so I'm not too bothered by the rejection.

It was a long process with many rounds. First, I had a phone call with a recruiter. Then, I met with the hiring manager face-to-face. The third round was a half-day team interview. Even though it was a lot, I liked talking with the people I might work with. HR was really organized and helpful throughout.

I applied online and then got an email from the recruiter to pick a time to chat on her calendly. I was all set for the video call and had my phone ready too just in case. But I waited for 35 minutes and got no call. No email about rescheduling either. I was really prepped and excited, but this lack of professionalism killed my interest. First impressions really say a lot about a company, and this was just not it. I still emailed to see if she wanted to reschedule, but honestly, I don't think I'd take an offer even if I got one. I'm just going to learn from this interview experience.
