I applied online and a week later got a call. They sent me a programming assessment via email with two solutions to complete. The first solution involved reading names from a text file, sorting them by last name, and writing to a new file, requiring at least one try-catch statement and an extra class. My suggestion was to use a list and LINQ for sorting. The second solution tested debugging skills by fixing issues in code that read hard-coded XML data. After submitting my solutions, I got a call for a phone interview, which started 20 minutes late. The interview was short, asking about my interest in the company and salary expectations. I was told my info would go to the hiring manager. A week later, I was scheduled for an in-person interview the next day. During the in-person interview, I was asked programming and behavioral questions, like how to handle unknown problems and debugging. They're looking for knowledge of lists, dictionaries, hash tables, arraylists, and access modifiers. I didn't get the internship because I was unprepared. The office seemed a bit stiff with cramped cubicles, and I noticed an employee looking bored.

First, there was a formal HR call where they looked over my resume and experience. Then, I had a technical onsite interview with two people. They focused on C#, data structures, teamwork, strings, and agile software development, plus some behavioural questions. They let me know the result via email right after.

You apply through their career website. After that, if your resume is shortlisted, you get a call from HR. During the call, they ask about your availability and general stuff. Then, you get an email for an in-person interview. After the interview, you get a decision within a week. There are some behavioral questions and basic C# code related interview questions.
