Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at EducationDynamics.
Marketing Coordinator
The interview process was a hassle, they brought me in three times only to not end up offering the job. There was an excel test, and a mock study. Met with 5-6 different people. Overall, it was just too much for an overall low paying job at a sketchy company. I would recommend for them to only bring candidates back in for a second interview if they are serious about them.
- Could you share an instance where you analyzed data?
Marketing Coordinator
I was contacted by a recruiter who found my resume online and suggested I apply for the marketing coordinator role. A phone interview followed two days later, lasting only 10 minutes, where the interviewer discussed the company and inquired about my salary expectations. The very next day, they arranged for an onsite interview. I met with three interviewers who were very welcoming and friendly. The interview lasted about two hours, so be prepared.
- What is your understanding of our company?
- What draws you to a marketing position?
- Can you introduce yourself?
Marketing Coordinator
It was an easy/normal interview process, but we made it to the final round. They didn't let me ask any questions about the role. The call just ended after they asked a lot of situational questions in many different ways, which felt like a red flag. I told them my minimum salary requirements, and they offered significantly less.
- Can you describe how you would handle XYZ scenario?
