It was a 3 stage interview process. I had two phone screens and then one in person. If you make it to the 3rd interview, they'll ask you multiple Star based questions. You gotta have counseling experience or admin experience on your resume, otherwise they'll decline you right away.

So, first there was this chat with a recruiter, then another one with HR. After that, I had to interview with two people who would be my direct supervisors. That was followed by a final interview with three senior leaders. They said they'd get back to me for a final round but then just went silent when I tried to follow up about scheduling it.

Behavioral Technical Other

I applied online and then a recruiter called me almost immediately. I asked for time to look into the company, and then called them back a few hours later. They asked about my background, the company, and why I'd be a good fit. They said they'd send info about a face-to-face interview and that I needed to take two assessments. A few days later, I had the face-to-face interview scheduled at the office. When I got there, they told me I'd be doing a phone call in the conference room instead. No one met me. The call was with someone from HR who lived far away and couldn't come, and they wanted to check if I fit the company culture.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Can you share an example of a time you exceeded expectations?
  • What are your aspirations for your career?
  • What makes you believe this company is a suitable match for your profile?
