Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at EDSA.
Landscape Architect
Applied in January and it took two months to hear back. Had two interviews, scheduled a week apart, over Skype. The interviewers were really nice and knowledgeable about the position, making it seem like a great place to work. Didn't hear back after over a month, so was a bit disappointed not to get even a rejection email after two interviews.
- How would your friends describe you?
- How would your close friends describe you?
Landscape Architect
I knew this company due to its industry reputation. I submitted my resume and portfolio via HR and had a phone interview. The phone interview was mostly behavioral. After that, I had an on-site interview where I met with several managers, including my potential manager, to discuss my past experience and for technical questions.
- Are you more inclined to be a leader or a team player?
Landscape Architect
I had two phone chats with HR after submitting my application online. It was a really nice chat and they asked some basic questions about my personality. They also asked me to pick which office I liked best. I heard back about the job two weeks after that.
- Can you describe your drawing abilities?
