The interview was professionally run and on time, handled by both the National Manager and the Head of Legal. It took place in person at the company's French headquarters. The interview felt like a back-and-forth, moving quickly and directly. They didn't make me feel bad if I didn't have a complete answer or if I needed to take a moment. It felt a bit more intense than what I'd expect for an entry-level internship. They gave a good overview of the company and its business, and there was a standard English language test. Overall, it was a good interview, but applicants should be ready for multiple interviewers and potentially a good-cop/bad-cop dynamic.

I applied online, then a month later I got an email for a phone interview. The phone interview was about the job requirements and to see if I met them. They said I'd hear back in two weeks. I was notified for an in-person interview in Houston, and the company paid for my travel. I interviewed with 4 people from the department. We talked about the job requirements and my experience. It was very technical. The interview was about 2 to 2.5 hours long. I got the offer about a week after that.
