Applied and got an instant email for a phone interview. Had to prep a sales pitch for a KitchenAid mixer over the weekend. Then met with HR, who was nice but didn't talk about the job, just how great the company is. I was interested, so I had another in-person interview with HR and an employee. It seemed okay, but they couldn't answer my questions. I had to prep a software product presentation, but after just one day, I found out I wasn't moving forward.

I had a phone interview that lasted 30 minutes. Then I was given a task to write a sales pitch for a KitchenAid mixer, which I got on Friday and had to finish by Monday. After that, I had an in-person interview with HR for an hour. Then, a second in-person interview with HR and another employee that was 1.5 hours long. Next, I had to prepare a presentation to pitch a software product I'm familiar with. They said it's the first time they're seeing the product, and my job is to show them its value. The pitch needs to be 5-10 minutes, and after that, they'll ask questions about the product. They also want to see collateral like a presentation deck or marketing material. Finally, there was a final interview and presentation to the CEOs.

First was phone interview, second was initial Skype interview with HR and the third was a Skype interview with their Sales Team Lead. It was just a little daunting that it's at least at 5 interview process.
