First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Edgewell Personal Care.
Engineer
The company's interview process was disorganized, with multiple schedule changes before my onsite interview. Even on the day of the interview, there were last-minute changes due to interviewees not showing up. It seemed like they were unsure of what they were looking for, with mostly management personnel and only one engineer present. I felt like I wouldn't get an offer and it was a waste of my time.
- A few questions about past experiences and how you handle situations.
Engineer
The plan was to have 4-6 hours of interviews with 8 people. But when I got there, only 3 were actually available or on-site to meet with me. Out of those 3, just 1 even knew I was coming for an interview. It was a totally disorganized mess.
- What is your greatest strength?
- What is your greatest weakness?
- Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Project Engineer
It was a pretty straightforward and cordial process that took about two weeks. Started with a quick 15-minute chat with HR. Then, I had a 40-minute call with my potential boss. After that, I went in for a 2.5-hour in-person interview where I met with 5 different people, each for about 30 minutes. This was followed by another 30-minute phone interview. To wrap things up, there was a final 60-minute in-person meeting, which also included a tour of the office.
- Could you share an example of a project you're particularly proud of?
- Describe a situation where a decision you made resulted in an unfavorable outcome.
