First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Edgewell Personal Care.
Talent Acquisition Specialist
It was a cold and transactional experience applying through LinkedIn. I received a generic email and no further response. The current talent acquisition person seems lazy, as they appear to judge candidates solely on their CV without providing any feedback. I've also received irrelevant job opportunity emails, suggesting they're just collecting contact details for a spam list. It seems like they recruit for the same position annually, which might indicate high turnover.

Business Analyst Intern
The interview process for the Business Analyst Intern role typically involves an initial recruiter call, followed by a phone screen. Candidates then proceed to a technical screen and an onsite interview.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Could you share your greatest strength?
- What would you consider your biggest weakness?
Key Account Manager
It was a 4-step process, very clear and transparent. They gave a good job description and expectations. It took about a month. First, there were two interviews, one with HR and another professional interview. Then, a case study presentation, followed by the final round with the CEO.
- Can you tell me about your experience?
- What are your plans for your career?
- Tell me about your ideal working environment.
HR Manager
The hiring process kicked off with a recruiter reaching out, followed by an initial phone screening. The recruiter really emphasized the role, possibly because Edgewell isn't widely recognized. After the successful screening, I spoke with the hiring manager, and we seemed to connect well. The next phase involved several one-on-one meetings with different members of the Edgewell HR team at their Shelton, CT office. I felt these meetings went positively, but the recruiter later shared that they decided to pursue other candidates. I didn't receive specific feedback, and the recruiter mentioned they were unsure of the hiring manager's exact requirements. Overall, the lack of clear communication about the ideal candidate profile suggests disorganization and a lack of professionalism.
- Can you describe the most challenging individual you've collaborated with?
- Could you elaborate on the most difficult person you've encountered in a work setting?
