The interview wasn't too long and the interviewer was nice. The company has good benefits. They do a background check because of the type of business, and there's a fingerprint and drug screening.

The interview was super quick, maybe only 5 minutes. The interviewer told me about the schedule, when I'd start, and the pay. She said I'd hear back the next Monday. I never heard from them, so I called to check on my application status. I was told that the position had already been offered to someone else. They're still hiring, though, and the job is still up on Indeed. I have over 10 years of customer service experience and was very professional during the interview. It's pretty discouraging.
