The interview process was simple and conducted over the phone. They responded within a few days, possibly because I had a reference.

The interview was super quick, maybe only 5 minutes. The interviewer told me about the schedule, when I'd start, and the pay. She said I'd hear back the next Monday. I never heard from them, so I called to check on my application status. I was told that the position had already been offered to someone else. They're still hiring, though, and the job is still up on Indeed. I have over 10 years of customer service experience and was very professional during the interview. It's pretty discouraging.

The interview process was simple and easy, with basic questions and very friendly staff. It made me feel comfortable with the new position. Some questions to look for were - What does your schedule availability look like? What do you see yourself doing in the next 5 years?

Went through two rounds of virtual interviews. The first round was with the HR Director, who was friendly and knowledgeable but not very responsive to emails. The second round was with the CEO; it was an hour long and somewhat chaotic, feeling all over the place. While I get wanting to screen for culture, the questions felt illogical and not quite professional from an HR perspective. The CEO seems like a good business owner, but HR should have been involved to ensure questions were relevant and useful information was gathered. Not responding to follow-up emails also makes it seem like they don't really consider candidates, even for their top 3. At least an email declining the candidate should be sent.
