It was a full assessment day. There were group tasks and presentations, plus individual interviews. The group tasks were very industry related, so it was important to be knowledgeable in the area. Everyone was very supportive and kind though.

The process included a programming test and several interview rounds: technical interviews with future colleagues, an HR interview, a more general motivational interview with the team lead, and finally, a final interview with the N+2.

Applied online then HR contacted me to set up an interview. Since I'm an experienced candidate, the interview was straightforward with two team members. No technical questions were asked at all, and they seemed impressed with my background. I emailed after a week to check on the status, but got no reply. I sent another email two days later, and still no response. They got back to me three days after that, saying they were still interviewing and would provide feedback to all candidates, even though I'd heard from an agent they were moving to second round interviews and I still hadn't heard anything. I followed up again a week later, and got no response. Then another 10 days passed with no response. It was just plain rude and a way to give a company a bad name that will spread in the market. Feedback, even if given, would be useless a month after interviewing.
