First there was an online test, it had two parts. The first part was 6 minutes with 30 questions, mostly BODMAS based, and you could easily do about 20, aiming for 15-16 correct. The second part was a pattern solving and quantitative aptitude test, which was super easy. Out of 550+ students, they shortlisted 30. Then came Group Discussions, which wasn't for elimination but just to screen people. Lastly, there were 2 rounds of Personal Interviews with some cool guys and the HR, where they checked basic economy knowledge, your interest in trading, and how well you fit the company profile.
