Intern
Had a quick chat with the team manager, who explained what I'd be doing day-to-day and checked if I had the right skills and qualifications. We also talked about preferences and if I'd fit into the work environment.
- What makes you a good fit for this position?

First, I filled out an application form that took about 20 minutes, detailing my work experience and education. Then, there was a short telephone interview, also about 20 minutes, where I had to talk about why I want this role and answer some basic competency questions.
