It was a 5 to 6 round interview process with different teams interviewing me. The teams included HR, Fund Manager, Investment Head, and other related teams. They tested my finance basics and my flair for investing/equities. They also looked for an attitude of learning.

Applied via a job board. I had no prior finance experience. The interview process consisted of a technical round, followed by another technical round, and then a video call with the head of the team. The whole hiring process was completed within two weeks. It was a good experience overall. The questions asked were related to the job and since I was a fresher, they were also related to my academics. Puzzles were asked at all three levels. My analytical ability was assessed throughout the interview by asking me to compare real-life mergers and products.
