So first thing we had was an aptitude test, which had puzzles, probability questions, and one coding question. Then the shortlisted people had interviews. There were 3 rounds in total, 2 technical and 1 HR. My interview actually combined the first two rounds and was about 2 hours long. After that, the people who passed that had the HR interview.

I interviewed with the Head of Research on the PCG team. The interview lasted about an hour and there were two interviewers. It was a good experience overall, and Edel seems like an open organization.

The first round was maths based, the second round was probability based, and the third round was an HR round where they asked about the company information, your background, if you would opt for higher studies, why you want to work here, what your future plans are, and what you know about the stock market.
