The process started with an HR phone call for scanning. Then there was a first written test which included translation from Chinese to English and English to Chinese, and writing a synopsis. After that, there was an interview focused on translation only, followed by a second written test.

First, I talked to HR, then the team leaders, and then the heads of the team. There was also a written test (summary and translation) for language skills. The whole thing went smoothly, and the people were really nice and happy to share info about the company and career advice.

I had interviews with three different departments back-to-back. They seemed to ask the same questions since there wasn't any coordination. The first interviewer was really nice and friendly. The second was a bit serious and direct, which was fine but a little intimidating. The last interviewer was late, and then they explained what the job would actually involve. It was a good way to learn about the company and talk about my career goals. There was supposed to be a writing test, but it didn't happen because of technical issues, and they said they'd schedule another time. I never heard back after sending follow-up emails, not even a rejection. It was pretty disappointing for a company of this size.
