Applied online and went through a pretty typical process. Started with a 15 minute phone screen with the recruiter, then had interviews with 3 different people. Started with HR for a phone screen. Then I met with the manager and VP. About a week later, I was called back to meet with the Regional Director and another Director from a different department. It was a typical interview style, mostly conversational, asking why I'm looking to leave and about my strengths and weaknesses.
