The process was very calm and friendly, we had a good conversation and the recruiter was very kind. She made the process very transparent and light, even though I wasn't hired. She mentioned benefits such as access to Zenklub, meal vouchers, and the agency's work machine, as well as the possibility of career progression. This was the first stage, followed by a second interview with two team members who decided to proceed with another candidate.

The HR team was really efficient, kind, and friendly. I had applied for an Art Director role but wasn't selected. A few weeks later, they reached out saying that although I didn't get the first position, they'd kept my profile and thought I might fit in another area. They invited me for an interview. I met with the Creative Director and Head of HR, and I had to write two essays. The process is still ongoing!
