Many stages and slow HR response, also no standard time for it. They contacted me at night and I went days without a response until I received the offer.
- Could you describe your past work experiences?

It started with a quick intro, then they dove into specific questions to gauge my skills, experience, and if I'm a good fit. They asked about my current job, why I want this role, projects I've tackled, how I handle deadlines, any leadership experience, and my career aspirations. Finally, I got to ask them questions, and they told me what happens next.
- Can you tell me about a difficult project you worked on and how you handled it?

So I applied online through LinkedIn and it was all good at first. A week later, HR reached out to me by email to set up an initial phone chat. They were really accommodating with the time difference, which was nice. But on the day of the interview, the HR person was super late, like 30 minutes late, and didn't even say anything beforehand. That was wild. The interview itself was okay and had some basic questions. Talking to the HR was cool, but I was bummed when they said they couldn't answer my job-related questions because they didn't have much info, just what was in the job description. Kinda weird. At the end, they said I'd hear back in a week. After the interview, they replied warmly to my thank-you email after three days. Then, just silence for a couple of weeks. This was odd because they told me when I'd hear back and promised to update me either way. And then, to top it off, I saw they reposted the same job on LinkedIn. When I emailed them two weeks later asking for an update, the HR quickly replied, saying they were still looking at applications and would let me know soon. Ten days after that, my second email got totally ignored, which was strange because before they were pretty responsive. So, the whole process just stopped in the middle. For a big, well-known company like Edelman, it felt really unprofessional and left me confused.
