Behavioral Case Presentation

It was a pretty structured but chill interview. Started with a recruiter call to go over my background and client experience, then I had three more rounds with team leaders and some senior folks. We talked about media relations, managing clients, and how I'd approach campaign strategy. They also gave me a small assignment, either writing or strategy related, to test my skills. It felt professional and collaborative, really focused on whether I'd fit in and could communicate clearly. Took about a month from when they first reached out to when I got the final decision.

I applied online and about a week later, I got a 30-minute phone call with a recruiter. Then, about a week to ten days after that, I had three 30-minute one-on-one interviews over Teams with some account managers and a VP. They asked me questions for the first half of each interview, and then I had 10-15 minutes to ask them about the job and Edelman. I found out later that same day that I didn't get the job.

Behavioral Case

I applied online. The recruiter was really fast and I had an interview within days. In total, there were 4 rounds. First, an HR screening interview, which was a pleasant conversation and took 30 minutes. Then, two managerial interviews with managers from different teams. After that, a written test that I completed over the weekend. I haven't heard back for almost a month. I followed up and they said they haven't heard back from the team yet and will update me ASAP. I know where I stand now, but I wish they would let applicants know if they failed instead of making them wait.
