The recruiter reached out for an initial phone screen, and then they requested my availability for the first round with the Hiring Manager. After this, the recruiter went silent despite my multiple email follow-ups. Three weeks later, the recruiter contacted me again with an apology and asked for my availability. Then they disappeared again. In total, it took a month to get an interview with the HM, and then another week to send an automated rejection.

The environment was professional and friendly. I met people from the team and senior management. What I really liked was that they set expectations and the HR folks were prompt with responses. I didn't make it because although I interviewed well, they found someone whose background matched the position more. The only negative was meeting 12 people, from programmers to an HR manager to a VP. They could streamline the process to only include candidates they are seriously considering. Overall, if you're looking for work, I would definitely recommend interviewing there.
