So, I had this really weird interview. First, there was a timed online quiz with some technical questions, which is pretty standard. Then, I went into the office for an interview with two VPs. One VP was on Zoom, and the other was in the room with me. They gave me construction paper and asked some vague physics questions, some were like the online ones. I had to write or draw my answers and thought process on the paper while they just watched silently for like an hour and a half, no feedback or anything. Didn't get the job in the end.

The main goal of the interview is to find people who are smart and good at technical stuff. It started with a quick phone call from HR. After that, I got a link to an online technical test that took about an hour. About a week later, I had an in-person interview with two engineers and an HR manager via video. Almost the entire interview was spent going over the online test questions, plus a few new ones. They really want to see if you'll ask for help and if you can ask the right questions. They'll give you any details or formulas if you just ask.
