The hiring process begins with an HR screening to check qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Then, candidates do an online quiz that tests technical knowledge, logical reasoning, and situational judgment. After that, successful applicants go through one or more interviews (phone, video, or in-person), practical assessments, and final reference or background checks before an offer is made.

After applying, I got an email with a link for an online quiz that tested my logical thinking and how I handle pressure. Then, there was an HR Zoom interview, an on-site interview that was technical/behavioural, and finally an online interview with the direct manager. There were 4 rounds in total, and the whole thing took about a month.

Behavioral Technical

First I talked to the recruitment specialist, then we had a phone interview to go over my personal details, experience, and qualifications. Then there was a second phone interview where we talked more in-depth and I could ask questions. After that, I had an online quiz to complete. Finally, I had an in-person interview where they asked about my previous experience, education, and technical questions. They'll ask how I got my answers and might change the problem's variables and expect me to answer without re-calculating. They'll give hints if I'm wrong or stuck.

Confirmed questions4 questions
  • Questions about real-life problems that delve in the basics of physics, mathematics, engineering and reasoning.
  • Questions about how the answer was reached.
  • Questions about changing the variables of the problem expecting an answer without repeating the calculation again.
