This was the worst interview experience I had during the pandemic. It was unprofessional and HR was unresponsive and not respectful of my time. I never heard back. The people interviewing me seemed like they didn’t even want to be there. I would highly recommend more courteous behavior especially during a pandemic where people are putting so much effort into finding jobs.

It was facilitated through HR, and then I had two interviews. The first was with the Program Manager, who was also my hiring manager and led the interview, and the second was with the company president. The Program Manager's interview was conversational and lasted about 2 hours. We discussed my previous work experiences, my future aspirations, and whether I planned to stay in the D.C. area.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. It started with an HR phone screen, followed by a hiring team phone interview, and then a final hiring team interview via Teams. I found everyone I spoke with to be really nice and they were happy to answer any questions I had.
