It was really great, there were two meetings on the first scheduled interview day. First was with the manager of the plant, the second was with the two team members I would be working with directly. Everyone made sure to make me feel comfortable and confident and rather than feeling like you're getting drilled questions it's more like conversation starters, they want to get to know you and if you would fit personality wise with the team as well as skills wise.
- Can you share some knowledge or skills you gained from your past experiences?
- What accomplishment are you most proud of?
- Describe how you've managed collaborative projects and delegated tasks.

So, the interview process here is pretty standard, like at most places. It usually goes like this: first, we write up the job description, then we post the job opening. After that, we schedule interviews, do some initial chats with candidates, then have them come in for in-person interviews. We'll follow up, and then hopefully make a hire.
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself?
- What makes you interested in working with us?
- What's your understanding of our company?
Chemist
I applied online for the job posting. Someone contacted me for an interview. The whole thing was a mess, very unprofessional and disrespectful. They kept cutting me off when I was answering questions. I never heard back and the job posting is no longer active. I guess they found someone else.
- Can you tell me about yourself/past experiences?
- Do you have any technical knowledge relevant to this role?
