O RH me chamou para o processo seletivo pelo banco de talentos. Houve primeiro uma dinâmica em grupo com o RH e os gestores e depois uma entrevista individual com os gestores uns dias depois. O processo é muito desorganizado, o RH mandou 5 emails só para agendar a dinâmica, sempre faltando informação, e as informações definitivas só foram mandadas 4 horas antes da dinâmica, sendo que era necessário preparar uma apresentação. Não respondem emails e nem mensagens, simplesmente ignoram o canal de comunicação que eles mesmos abriram.
