Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Eclipse Marketing.
Marketing
This interview process was really fast-paced. The recruiter gave a really quick and basic rundown of the company. Honestly, it felt like a scam, not a real career opportunity. It seems like a place where you'd work incredibly hard with very little recognition.
- Could you provide a more thorough explanation of the company's mission and operations?
- Will you provide direct answers to my questions regarding the role and company?
Marketing Assistant
I sent in my application online and the very next day I got an email to set up an interview. When I got there, I had to wait a bit before they let me in. Then, Mr. Weaver came out, introduced himself, and took me to his office. The interview lasted about 15 minutes, and he asked a bunch of questions. He mentioned they'd call me if they wanted me to proceed to a second round.
- Can you share details about your previous work experience and the responsibilities you handled?
- What are some of your personal attributes that align with the requirements of this role?
Marketing
I applied and got a phone call the next day. The interview was in Southfield and pretty straightforward. The manager asked me to talk about my background, what past experience could contribute to the company, and then went through the tasks I'd have to perform.
- What are you looking for in a company?
- What skills can you bring to this company?
