First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Eclipse Marketing.
Sales Representative
The job title should've really been Field Sales Representative since the role involves selling AT&T products in retail stores. The job description on Zip Recruiter and their website was totally inaccurate. The interviewer was professional and eventually revealed the actual duties of the job. This ended up being a waste of my time and travel, and I wouldn't have applied if I'd known the true details.
- Can you introduce yourself and discuss your experience?
- What led to your departure from your previous role?
- What aspects did you find most enjoyable about your last job?
Customer Service Associate
The interview process was pretty straightforward. The interviewer was good at helping me relax. I managed to answer everything they asked and also got to ask some questions myself at the end.
- What are your long-term career aspirations over the next decade?
Marketing Assistant
I sent in my application online and the very next day I got an email to set up an interview. When I got there, I had to wait a bit before they let me in. Then, Mr. Weaver came out, introduced himself, and took me to his office. The interview lasted about 15 minutes, and he asked a bunch of questions. He mentioned they'd call me if they wanted me to proceed to a second round.
- Can you share details about your previous work experience and the responsibilities you handled?
- What are some of your personal attributes that align with the requirements of this role?
Account Manager
I sent in my application online via Indeed and was called within the same week for an initial phone screen. Afterward, I had the chance to visit the office and meet with the company's manager.
- Can you share an instance where you demonstrated coachability?
